About how much is a flight from Pittsburgh Pa to San Antonio TX and back plus hotel for 3 nights?

Q. In April I would like to fly to the Lackland AF base to see my boyfriend's graduation, but I usually drive on trips, so I'm not familiar with prices of these sort of things. What is a good guestimate of flight and hotel prices with the details previously provided?

Friends and I our planning a trip Cross Country?
Q. Me and my friends are planning a two week Cross Country trip.

Instead of going to Europe this summer we are planning a trip cross country.. Does anyone know any good websites, or books to plan this kind of trip?

A. Oh wow there is a lot of great cross country trips you can take. I take a month long road trip each year in the US and there are several good sites to use to plan trips. I would also look up the visitorâs website for each of the cities you will be visiting or just passing through. Most of them have tons of information from places to eat and stay to the local attractions. They also can send you a FREE visitorâs packet to your house if you would like. This is a great way to find some off the wall places. Here are some other websites that I use:

For great places to eat along your road trip check out these sites:

A great way to save money on long road trips is to stay in hostels or do some camping along the way. Here are a few sites with that information:

Hostels:

There are also several National Parks and State parks that have camping and also several other attractions to see. There are several wonderful National Parks in the US here are some websites to help:

http://www.route40.net/
http://www.us-101.com/
http://www.pacific101.com/

As for books, check out Roadside America, and Eccentric America. Both are awesome really good guides of crazy roadside attractions. I might also check out some books on Route 66, that is a great road trip! The Mother Road is a wonderful book. Trust me take your time planning, take a cooler with food and drinks that will save you all a ton of money. Try to stop and eat something like sandwiches and chips from your supply for lunch, then eat dinner out. Contact the visitorâs center and get the Free Travel packets they usually have COUPONS in them for food and attractions and this will also help you all save a lot of money. The attractions that you want to go to check out their sites for discount tickets or coupons. I usually make a travel book, with our route, places we want to stop, restaurant info and more. Comes in handy! Have a wonderful trip; there is no better way to see the country then on a road trip!

What is the cheapest city in Holland?
Q. I'm 17 and thinking about moving to Holland to progress my Soccer/football commitment and eventually develop it into a career. I have heard Holland is the best place to go in terms of a country that speaks English and plays soccer a lot. But since I'm a student with just a HS diploma I will definitely need some kind of cheap residence. Any ideas, suggestions?

A. Hi Alex,

I found that site, I hope it helps,
