Would you rather stay in a nice hotel with poor service, or a low end hotel with great service?

Q. I manage a small hotel that publicizes as a 4 star quality hotel. I am currently working on ways to train and educate the staff on the importance of service to our customers. I have searched the internet and I can't seem to find any kind of poll for this question, so I thought I would do the research myself. I look forward to hearing your responses!

A. great service = repeat customers and you can be sure they will recommend the hotel to others which=open hotel and employees with a job!

Where is a cheap hotel near Universal Studios?
Q. My boyfriend and I are planning a trip for May but looking for a cheap, good quality hotel/motel. Can anyone help us out? We don't need to be right on top of the theme park or anything. I was thinking a 5 mile radius.

A. Personally I would stay away from International Drive. The traffic on that road is terrible. The Highway 192 area in Kissimmee would be better. There are a number of inexpensive hotels there as well as good eating establishments. Keep in mind that this is a resort area so the better hotels will not necessicarily be the cheap hotels. By and large, if you see a hotel with a rate of $30 or less it will NOT be a good hotel. (Look online there are some good deals there but watch the fine print, some of the deals require you to pay immediately and cannot be changed or canceled, also there are coupons available but remember on a busy weekend they may not be honored). I work in a hotel in the area (unabashed plug: Travelodge Suites East Gate Orange) and we are about 15 to 20 minutes from any of the parks.

How much money should I bring for my trip to Japan?
