Right now, as is the summer months, the rate starts at $40 a night. The hostel is located two blocks north of 18th Street subway station on the #1 line (Red Line on the subway map). I am planning to depart to Toronto in a short while, with a limited budget and would like to enquire in what manner my family and I can arrive at the Delta Chelsea Hotel from Toronto airport without spending vast amount of cash in the least uncomfortable manner (since I have my family with me) .
