How many square feet should the base be for a 50-60 story hotel?

Q. Im taking a CAD class in school and we are assigned to create the floor plans of a hotel. I already have a design in mind and I want to have it around 50-60 stories tall. Its not circular or triangular but more of a square base. So how many square feet should the base be? Also, how many square feet is a standard hotel room (the average)?
