I know from seeing it on the real world and every where else that the Palms is where it's poppin', but has anyone stayed in NY, NY Hotel before and will I have a good time there? So I was wondering if I stayed at one hotel, could I still go to the other hotels and pay for the rides and such, like at the top of the stratosphere? Or do I have to stay there and be a customer?
