How many square feet should the base be for a 50-60 story hotel?
Q. Im taking a CAD class in school and we are assigned to create the floor plans of a hotel. I already have a design in mind and I want to have it around 50-60 stories tall. Its not circular or triangular but more of a square base. So how many square feet should the base be?
Also, how many square feet is a standard hotel room (the average)?

A. 50 stories, you'll need at least 4 elevator shafts. Plus the room for the stairs.

Q. I am thinking about the Rooftop Bar in Standard Hotel Downtown... Thinking about hanging out at the room and go up to the rooftop bar? Will the room be too small for a group of 10? How is the parking? Is there a cover for the Rooftop? Any comments? What are other suggestions in West Hollywood area?

& their age limit is 21 so my friend has a credit card that well be using & i wanted to know if we can get away with it? are they really strict & when @ check in do they check for ID? or can we just give them the credit card only?

A. Sheesh. How can anyone check for ID when you book the room? Seriously, think about it.
Of course they check ID when you check in. All hotels do. They want to match the ID to the credit card. They always check mine.
