What is so special about this hotel in Dubai?

Q. I have heard stories from my friends and read on the internet that the York International Hotel in Dubai is famous fro prostitutes...

Is it true?

A. Its not a nice hotel, if you saw the location even, it is what you would expect from that type of hotel in any other part of the world. Its on maybe the cheapest corner in Dubai on that side of the creek. The topic you think exists there though is in every hotel to some degree. Ive even seen some ushered past us waiting for our valet cars to elevators by hotel staff at some 5 star hotels. Its sad, but there is an amount of it everywhere in the world, but especially sad for our muslim country.

How would you keep guests coming back to the Rivington Grill?

Any recommendation for hotels in Dubai with a view of the Burj Al Arab or the Palm Island?

Q. Hi. I will be traveling to Dubai in a few weeks, and was hoping someone had some good suggestions on hotels in Dubai with a view of the Burj Al Arab or the Palm Islands or The World Islands. The Jumeriah Beach Hotel is already sold out, but was looking for some more suggestions. Thanks in advance!
*additional notes* anything a bit cheaper? any thoughts on the sheraton jumeriah?

A. Madinat Jumeirah, same place at the Jumeirah Beach and the Burj, they are all Jumeirah hotels.

Madinat Jumeirah is far nicer than Jumeirah Beach, anyways. Much more elegant and beautiful, it has the largest pool in Dubai, is the 5th most expensive in the world (in general) and is the only traditional Arabic hotel in Dubai...an amazing place. It is dived into 3 sections, Mina A Salam, Al Qasr and Dar Al Masyaf which is private summer houses, amazing.
