Is a disney vacation package a good deal?
Q. Planning a Disney World Vacation. We are planning to stay at a Disney resort. I know there are cheaper hotels in orlando, But we are staying on site. Are that Hotel/Ticket/Flight packages sole on the disney website a good price or can you find things cheaper if you ala carte?
I've been searching flight prices on various website and using some comparison websites and I am not seeing anything that is cheaper than what I can already using the package.

A. I'm sure you can find cheaper plane tickets if you are savvy about it, but otherwise the vacation packages are most convenient and a fair deal. Disney hotel and ticket prices cannot be found cheaper anywhere. The vacation websites like Expedia or Priceline do not offer discounts for Disney hotels, and legitimate tickets are only sold directly through Disney. Definitely consider the Disney dining plan as well as it is discounted and you will save money on food!

Tenants destroyed the condo and now they want me to pay for the clean up?
Q. it was a family with two mental disabled sons, their mother died, the father is old and smokes, one son after many phychotic episodes was put into a home, the other is a 300 lb guy down syndrome, sitting nacked on the floor doing pupu and pipi on the tiles. The sister is disabled married to a guy that is a sexual offender (got sex with a minor), got 2 kids, has nowhere to go, they moved in, cleaned up the mess, now they are not paying rent cause they spent the money in cleaning products. The rent is $590. They have no lease. They put the elderly father and the mongoloid in a cheap hotel. Orlando, FL USA Should I evict them or negotiate?

A. They did NOT spend 590 on cleaning products. Maybe 50. Ask for receipts, you need them for taxes.

What you do depends on how much you can afford right now. From what you describe you have to remodel the place if you evict. So, it might be in your best interest to negotiate for now.

Pencil this all out on paper, the costs of keeping them and the costs of evicting them (inspect so you know the condition of the place). Keep in mind that the HOA of the condo may fine you, so add that to the cost of keeping them.
