Q. These clock radios have two fairly large speakers on the sides. Button on top is snooze/backlight. External jack hooks up to devices such as mp3 players. AM/FM. Most importantly these units play sounds... 4 types of preprogrammed songs (jazz, guitar, spa and something else) as well as preprogrammed nature sounds (surf, rain, babbling brook and white noise). Perhaps you've not been to this hotel but the unit still sounds familiar to you.
