A. Train
The Mass Transit Railway's (MTR) high-speed Airport Express takes approximately 24 minutes to Hong Kong Island and is the fastest transport link to the airport. Airport Express passengers can take a free shuttle bus from Kowloon and Hong Kong stations to major hotels. Both these stations provide free in-town check-in services for major airlines. Please contact your airline for further information.

A. To answer this question. Some has mentioned the land use in Hong Kong. I like to add little things about this issue. Depends where is the location, they are large, medium and small hotels. In this case the hotel use 3 star, 4 star and 5 star hotels. If you are looking for larger hotel with larger rooms, try the Shangri la in Kowloon, The Peninsula Hotel in Kowloon, Hyatt International in Hong Kong side, the Holiday Inn in Kowloon side...etc. All you have to do is go to any travel agencies and check with them, they will help you and also book for you. Or you may check the website: hongkonghotels.com.hk Smaller hotels are for some FIT's (Individual travellers that don't require big rooms), not looking for luxury rooms, or short stay. Coming back to the small rooms, these are inexpensive motels, because of the geographic area and the type of customers, plus the land there are limited, therefore, they are only allowed to built it at that size. Then if you want to convince your customer about good hotels, just ask the following:-
1. Which location do they like?
2. How many people will be checking into the hotel.
3. How long would they like to stay at the hotel.
4. What are their need.
5. Do they want more facilities and more rooms.
** Ask question related to their stay in Hong Kong will help on your recommendation
Hope this will give you some ideas. Thanks for asking
