What can you do at Stratosphere Hotel for free?

Q. Hi guys. I'm going on a vacation to Las Vegas and I will be staying at Stratosphere Hotel for a couple of days. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I could do there. I'm under 21 by the way. I saw that I have to pay 11.99 per 24 hours for their internet. Oh boy. Thanks a lot! :]

A. There is not much you can do at the Stratosphere for free. Why don't you leave the hotel and go further down the Vegas strip. There are lots of free stuff to do here. Here are a few of them.

Things to do near the Stratosphere Hotel in Vegas?

Q. I'm going to be staying at the stratosphere hotel in about 2 weeks and I was just wondering what are some things that are around it, besides casinos.

A. I stayed at that hotel not to long ago. You have to either walk or ride the bus to get to anything fun. Of course the hotel has its own attractions, shows, tower, food, casino, shopping, and rides. But its at the end of the strip and away from all the big hotels and downtown that have more stuff to do. I would suggest making a day trip for both downtown and the strip. Then in the evenings go to the tower to see the whole city lit up! Like I said you have to walk or ride a bus to get anywhere. And if you ride the bus get a 24 hour pass for like $7 and you can ride the bus all you want unlimited in that 24 hours.

Is there a weight or size restriction on the Stratosphere rides?

Q. I'm going to Las Vegas in a couple of days and was wondering about any restrictions when it comes ot the rides on the top of the Stratosphere hotel. I know that you have to be a certain height, but what about weight?

A. ON weight without being a wise guy. If you can fly here on a plane with no special accommodation, you can ride the Stratosphere. If you feel there will be a problem, customer service at STrat will help you out when you arrive and before paying admission to the top.
