where are good vacation spot in Italy?
Q. I am planning a trip to Italy and I want to focus most of my time in Venice and Rome, does anybody know great affordable places to stay?
A. "Affordable" means different things to different people. What's your budget range? I use the Venere site frequently for hotels here in Italy. http://en.venere.com/italy/ In Rome, a lot of the less expensive places will be near the Roma Termini train station, or further out. Prices vary a lot depending on exactly when you're visiting. However, one good choice that's right across from the Forum is http://en.venere.com/hotels_rome/kolosseum/hotel_romano.html
Venice is one of the more expensive places to visit here. I usually stay in the San Marco, but the less expensive places are mostly in the area around the train station or on the Lido Island. You could also consider a hotel on the mainland and take the bus or train across the causeway into Venice. A few places that you might want to consider in the San Marco area include: http://en.venere.com/hotels_venice/san_marco/hotel_ca_leon_d_oro.html , http://en.venere.com/hotels_venice/san_marco/hotel_rio_alto.html , or http://en.venere.com/hotels_venice/san_marco/hotel_firenze.html

Are there any cool conventions that come to San Francisco?
Q. Im moving there and I was wondering if there are any cool conventions like ones in LA.
A. Do you think SF will disappoint you with that dull and boring conventions? Be noted that SF is also one of the countryâs top rated cities for conventions and festivals.
Throughout the year, the city plays the host of a wealth array of events, meetings, conventions, festivals, live musicâ¦â¦.really more than you expect!! For instance, each month of April, the kid-friendly Cherry Blossom Festival is held with a street fair, a parade and entertaining music. Union Street Art Festival takes place in June annually, drawing a number of local artists to display their genius and crafts.
On this count, you can visit:
http://www.sanfrancisco.travel/events/
http://www.sanfrancisco-hotels-ca.com/san-francisco-events for a brief overview on SF festivals and events throughout the year
For conventions, Moscone Center is the premier venue. It is the cityâs top destination for conventions and tradeshows. Each month, you will find something happening in it. Do not believe? Check its event calendar: http://www.moscone.com/site/do/event/list
Just to say, cool conventions seems to happen every day in SF (a bit exaggerated lol )

A. Try Expedia.ca, Orbitz.ca, Hotels.ca and there is no airport to fly in in Niagara Falls Canada, an alternative is Hamilton just 1 hour away or Toronto, 2 hours away, there are alot of hotels on Clifton Hill and along way that view of the Falls, and range from budget style chains to high rise luxury at the Casino Niagara.
You best to start looking now annd booking soon, it is a haven in the fall for European visitors and Japanese tourists, I am a former chef and have friend who run hotel kitchens down there and that is the high season, it has good public transit and is very safe so no need to worry, some bargains are found at places not in the downtown area directly
