Can I have a job at Marriott Renaissance Hotels with my eyebrow piercing?

Q. I've had my piercing since the last day of spring break. I was called in for an interview at a Marriott Renaissance Hotel (I haven't gone to the interview yet) but I'm worried they might not hire me because of my eyebrow piercing. Does Marriott discriminate on piercings or hide it somehow? I really don't want to take it out because I don't want it too close up.

A. When I went in to interview for my current job I left everything in, so they'd be aware that I have them. They'll either look at your credentials and/or potential and work with you if their dress code states no visible facial piercings or tattoos (by allowing you to wear a retainer or just cover it with a small bandaid) or they won't. Not wearing it during an interview, then showing up to work with it in won't fly. They'll just tell you to remove it or get a new job if it's written in their dress code (which at a hotel, it most likely is, professional appearance and such).

Which hotel location is more convenient for sight seeing in Amsterdam?
Q. I'm planning to visit Amsterdam, Netherlands next week. I would like to know whether the Marriot Hotel (located between Leidseplein and Vondelpark) or the Renaissance Hotel (located between Central Station and Dam Square) would be more convenient given the winter weather.

Which hotel location is better for tourist to see the major attractions in the wintertime? Any other travel tips for exploring Amsterdam in December? Thank you.

A. The Renaissance by all means (I've been to Amsterdam, and I am a hotel manager of 8 years ). The location is beautiful and close to stuff thats historic, and entertainment - the redlight district, the hard rock, lots of tours n stuff.

Give me some facts about asia and europe during the renaissance?
Q. Every time i type in renaissance in the search engine, it pops up with things about the renaissance hotel. I don't really need facts about europe, but please give me some about Asia!! I cant find anything on it!
