Is it legal for a hospital to provide free lodging when visiting from out of town for long term treatment?

Q. Is it legal for the hospital to provide free lodging if you are treated at their hospital? Also, what hospitals currently do this?

A. My Mom was in a hospital in MS for 3 weeks, I live in Las Vegas.
I received a huge discount from the hotel close by, I had to provide a written document from the doctor first. It wasn't free but with the discount it was a big help.

A. You can save a few dollars through AAA or undercovertourist.com, or other AUTHORIZED resellers. But unless you qualify for military or other special group discounts, it won't be much. Both parks tend to offer deals on dining plans, lodging, or other stuff, not admission, with the exception of multi-day tickets being cheaper per day. Sea World is offering a good deal---a $5 kids' ticket with one adult admission. I think they have a buy one get one free also. They and Busch Gardens are much more likely to offer deals on admission. But Disney and Universal, for the general public---no.

If it's absolutely Disney or Universal or nothing, my advice is to look at other areas to save. With 5 boys, food might be the big one for y'all. Both Disney and Universal let you bring in food. Eat bigger meals outside the parks or at the hotel to tide you over.
