Better location to stay near MagMile?

Q. I'm trying to decide between 2 hotels to stay at in Chicago this summer. (Radisson) is off of Huron St. and (Raffaello) just off of (Delaware). Raffaello is slightly further north and right beside John Hancock Tower, but I'm wondering which one is closer to the action. Walking distance-wise, they both seem close to Michigan Avenue, but which part of Michigan Avenue is better and closer to one of these ?

A. These are both really close to each other. If you're going to stay in downtown Chicago, you're going to want to walk. The distance between the two is really negligible. Seems to me that the Raffaello might be more fun to stay at, but that's just me.

Delaware is a tad closer to the chi-chi shops on Oak Street. You can really just as easily get to Oak Street shops from the Huron Street hotel, though.

It's a huge city, and you're talking about a tiny segment. The "action" is everywhere. ;-)
