Can anyone suggest a nice and affordable hotel near Hershey Park in Pennsylvania?

Sneaking one extra person into the Hershey Hotel?
Q. Heey, tomorrow night me and my family are going to the Hershey Hotel. We've rented a room that only allows 5 people. However, with my sister it would make it 6 of us. So, we had the idea of sneaking her in. We have tickets for Hershey Park the next day and we just thought it'd be a fun experience if we stayed over night there. How likely do you think it is that we will get caught? Please reply!

A. the above poster is paranoid...worst case scenario, they will attempt to charge you for the unclaimed extra person. A room usually maxes out at 5, and this is largely due to fire safety laws which the hotel has to comply with. IF they discover you have 6, they will either:

A. try to book you another room.
B. charge you the extra room rate for having that extra person anyway.

Just be sure to have ONE person check in & leave everyone else (especially your sister) in the car...many an idiot will try this & yet EVERYONE in their party is at the front desk & those concierge people can COUNT! Shooo..for years we'd have 7-8 people in a room meant for 4 with his trick. of course, it'll be that much more difficult if wrist bands are assigned.
