What job will let you travel the world?

Q. I want a job that really let's me see the world, not a flight attendant (do they get to leave the plane?). Anyway a respectable average paying (though i don't mind a high paying job). Any idea? Oh in the Philippines by the way.

A. Get into the hotel business. A friend's husband is a chef for a global hotel chain and has worked in South Africa, Dubai, Singapore, Switzerland, Canada and now France. He is German and started as an apprentice in a hotel in Germany, moved his way up to eventually becoming head chef after a few years, then was able to move around the world with the hotel chain. Big chains like Hyatt, Intercontinental, Sheraton, Ritz Carlton, etc have a lot of opportunities to move around.

What is Singapore's 2nd most prestigious hotel?
Q. My CEO is coming over from London. The last 2 trips he stayed at the Raffles.
This time he requests for a change. What is your recommendation?

A. Shangri-la
Four Seasons
Grand Hyatt
Ritz Carlton
St Regis

but The Fullerton dwarfs them all.

Victoria Hotel in Singapore, nearer to BUGIS MRT or CITY HALL MRT?
Q. The Victoria Hotel is located in 87 Victoria street , Singapore. Can anybody tell me which MRT station is nearer to the hotel? BUGIS or CITY HALL? Please provide me an exact guide/direction on how to reach the hotel after we alight from the MRT. Thanks.

From City Hall exit to Raffles City shopping mall by underpass, cross the Road from shopping to Carlton Hotel ( at the traffic junction of Bras Basah / North Bride Rd you can see very clearly of Carlton Hotel ). by pass hotel main entry is Victoria ST , Crossing the road junction , turn to Right hand side by pass SMU is Victoria Hotel.
