Q. Hello. My best friend and I are planning a vacation for our senior year spring break, which will be next year (2010). I found this hotel website and I really liked the look and feel of the hotel. I'm curious if anyone has been there and what you thought? Would it be a fun place for two 18 year old girls? Thanks =)

A. i wasnt thrilled with it i suggest the victor on ocean drive or the pelican hotel on ocean drive for young girls. gansevoort is too far up and boring around there you want to be where the action is, which is ocean drive. if you must be on collins try the loews or shore club instead nicer places

How much does it cost to live in a hotel in New York for a month?

Q. I just watched Kourtney and Kim take New York season 2 ep 1 haha and i was just wondering cuz they were staying at gansevoort new york. so how much does that cost? to live in hotels like that in New York for about a month?????

A. All different budgets and all different qualities of hotel but in Manhattan, or example, plan on getting a break if you can pay up front for the whole month so say, $4,00-$5,000. That's just for the room. Nothing else included in a pretty nice place. You could get a cheaper place that would certainly give you a rate of around $100 a night for 30 nights ($3,000) but you wouldn't want to stay any place cheaper.
