Why are so many hotels called Hotel Bristol?
Q. Is there some historic reason for this? You dont find Hotel Liverpools or HotelSheffields all over the world.
A. There are more than 200 hotels in the world called Bristol. They are named after Lord Hervey, 4th Earl of Bristol, a roguish 18th-century aristocrat and cleric (he was Bishop of Derry), who spent much of his life on the Continent where he demanded the best hospitality money could buy. The story of these hotels is told in the book 'High Times at the Hotel Bristol' and the background to their naming can be seen at:

I am planning for travelling to Paris on March. which hotel in which street is best one?
Q. which street is more attractive for tourists in Paris. I want to reserve the hotel in the most attractive street in paris.
A. In general, tourists consider the Champs Ãlysées avenue as the most attractive place to stay. I already answered your previous question giving a detailed list of hotels around the Champs Ãlysées avenue.
Another fantastic street is rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré (8th district), there's the Bristol Hotel, probably the best palace hotel of Paris. It's the street of fashion, where all the renowned designers have a boutique, also some embassies are there.
Other places in Paris are terribly nice, like Saint Louis Island (4th district), tiny island in the heart of Paris, 17th architecture, I think it's the most romantic place in Paris and also very smart. There are about 4 hotels I the island.

Then, another lovely neighbourhood to stay in Paris is Saint Germain des Près (6th and 7th districts), the most classically Parisian area, lots of charm, some of the best museums, nice restaurants and smart boutiques.

What happend in England a couple days ago?
Q. I'm too lazy to search for it on the Internet and the tv in my hotel room doesn't work so yeah.
A. Nutshell:- Cops shot dead a guy they said had a gun on them, now its all kicked off with riots and looting (mostly thugs into vandalism) it has spread to other cities now Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham, Bristol, Birmingham etc. Still going on now, England v Holland football match cancelled because of it. That's about it.
