Does the airport in Fort Lauderdale, FL, provide transportation to within walking distance of hotels in Miami?

Q. Fort Lauderdale is fairly close to Miami - does the Ft. Lauderdale airport provide any sort of transportation to within walking distance of most Miami hotels? And do any Miami hotels provide transportation back to the Ft. Lauderdale airport? I'd rather not do a rental car. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

A. There is a contract shared ride van service at the airport -- GO Airport Shuttle (formerly known as Tri County Airport Express). You can find the GO van on the lower level outside of each baggage claim area. Their customer service reps wear a white shirt with âGO AIRPORT SHUTTLEâ on the back. They have reps on duty until about 1:00 am. They are currently advertising $21.00 a person to SoBe or Port of Miami. $20 to MIA.

Getting back has various options & costs depending on where you are staying & how many are with you. Supershuttle, the leading van service in Miami will be about $40 a person to FLL; cab will be between $65 & over a hundred $$ plus tip per cab depending on where you are staying. There's even a train option if you stay in downtown Miami.

On Groupon deals for one night stays at hotel can I buy more than one & use the nights consecutively?
Q. There is a deal for a south beach Miami hotel but it says for one night. Has anyone ever like bought like two or three one night stay deals and then called to book the nights in a row?

A. I actually just bought one from living socials and was told I could. The best thing to do is get the number to the hotel and call, and ask if you can. I called before on another deal they were very helpful

Miami Beach Hotels with Free Shuttle to Airport and Port of Miami?
Q. I'm looking for a Miami hotel (preferably South Beach) that also has a free shuttle to both the Port of Miami and the Miami International Airport. I'm guessing that we'll fall into about about the 3-4 star hotel price range.

We'll be staying a couple days after a cruise to enjoy the area, so we're hoping that we can be within walking distance of the beach. We're traveling with children ages 9 and 7.

I hope I'm not delusional with my request, but thanks for looking at my question.
