What are some places to check out in Toronto?

Q. So a couple buddies and myself are road-tripping up to Toronto over our winter break. We're all either 20 or 21. What are some good places that we should check out? We're looking to have a rowdy time. We have a hotel booked downtown already so we're just looking for a good time.

A. Queen Street West

At night if you want to go out you could go to the club district it's around Queen Street West/Richmond Street close to Spadina. These are the fancy clubs with a dress code and they cost like $15-$20 to get in. If you prefer a more casual place there's Picadilly Circus, Tattoo Rock Parlour or the Brunswick House.
You should go to the Madison close to Bloor/Spadina (at Bloor & Madison) it's a very large pub full of young people....
In the day you could go to Chinatown & Kensington Market they are close to eachother.

How do you use the London tube to get to the British Museum?
Q. Hey all. I will be staying at the Copthorne Tara Hotel in London and I was wondering which tube stations I would use and transfers in order to get to the British Museum. Thanks!

A. The nearest tube station is High Street Kensington, served by the District and Circle Lines.

From there, take a train to Notting Hill Gate. Then transfer to the Central Line to Tottenham Court Road, the station that is closest to the British Museum.

Where to stay in London that's close to lots of pubs, restaurants and shops?
Q. Hello! My husband and I are traveling to London for three nights, December 29, 30 and 31st. We'd like to be within close walking distance to lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are SO many places to stay at that it's crazy! We are in our late twenties and looking to spend about $250 US or 150 pounds. Any recommendations as to what part of London we should stay in?

A. True!! There are way too many options for accommodation in London. Although accommodation is expensive in London, you don't have to pay through your nose for accommodation. You can even find hotels for under 50 pounds. You can find really high quality hotels in London for 150 pounds. I suggest that you spend somewhere between 80 to 120 pounds for your accommodation. Its not worth spending more for a three day trip. Its always good to weigh your accommodation options depending on your travel priorities. If you are keen on shopping, theatres and nightlife choose Soho or Bloomsbury. South Kensington is also a good area for your stay. It's centrally located and most tourist attractions are at walkable distance. Although it is a quieter area, its an ideal place to stay.
You could stay in central London as well, but the accommodation will be a little expensive.
